time does the show start?
Ticket times and dates are all stamped on your
ticket(s). When tickets are sold to you please
verify that the date, time and seat is accurate.

time do the doors open to the theatre?
Admittance to any performance is generally available
30 minutes prior to and up to the performance time.
Those that arrive after the show has begun may not
be seated until a suitable "break" in the
performance, or as determined by the theatre manager.

How
long is the show?
All shows run for different allotted times.
However, show times including intermissions and general

Am
I able to get a price discount for my age?
Every show is different with their rules for ticketing,
however a general rule that we follow for events that
have Seniors or Student discounts is: Seniors aged
65 and older and Students are all those enrolled in
school.

do I get to the theatre? Is parking available? Are
there places to eat? What accommodations are
available?

Can
I take my camera or video recorder to the show?
No, if you bring your camera to a performance,
we will kindly ask you to leave it at the box-office
for safe keeping until the finish of the performance.
Under special circumstances, arrangements can be made
to accommodate your requests. For more information

Does
my child need a ticket? Can he/she sit on my lap?
Does the show suit my child?
Everyone admitted into the theatre is required
to have a ticket. You may choose to have your
child sit on your lap, however a seat must still be
purchased for them. There is no age limit for admitting
anyone into a theatre. Most productions are
geared towards family, adults and young adults.
Please research the shows that you plan on attending
to see if your child might enjoy that show.

Are
there group rates available? How many people do I
need for a group discount?
Star Ticketing offers group rates for most of
its events. For most events, the minimum size
of a group is 20.

What
if I lose my ticket(s)?
Tickets, once issued, can not be reprinted.
Once you've purchased your tickets please keep them
in a safe. If you do happen to lose your tickets
please call the box-office and we can issue a seating
voucher for you.

If
I buy tickets online or over the telephone can I pay
for them at the box-office?
No, tickets purchased over the internet or via
our box-office over the telephone can not be held.
Tickets must be paid for via any major credit card.

don't have a credit card, where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available at any of our box-offices.

Are
there refunds or exchanges on tickets?
There are no refunds except for outright cancellation
of the event. Reserved seating ticket sales
are final. There are no refunds or exchanges
once the ticket has been issued. Exchanges for
general admittance is only available if we receive
written notice 24 hours prior to the date stamped

How
do online ticket sales work?
Star Ticketing's secure online servers are available
to you 24/7. Payments for online orders can
only be by credit card. Star Ticketing accepts
all major credit cards including: VISA, MasterCard,
Amex, & JCB. There are special service charges
for online orders that are above the stated ticket
price, which include processing, and mailing, etc.
All ticket sales online are final; there will be no
refunds or exchanges.
Star Ticketing's online system lets you chose your
seats for each performance*. Tickets can be
purchased for multiple events by selecting multiple
events within the purchase section of the order screen.
Patrons requiring wheelchair access or have special
needs are asked to contact the box-office at 866-808-2006
for assistance in finding the best suitable seat for
you.

Internet orders are not complete until a confirmation
number is issued and you receive a confirmation email
from us.

What
currency are the tickets sold in?
All tickets are currently sold in Canadian funds,
unless otherwise stated, and include general service
charges, tax and Capital Improvement Fund, where applicable.

Should
I have tickets mailed to me?
If you have purchased your tickets 10 days or
earlier to the performance date, then tickets can
be mailed out to you. However, tickets purchased
9 days or closer to the performance date can only
be picked up at the box-office at the theatre.
